Hey Friends!
The Bible verse that impacts and encourage me the most is: “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”~Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV. Let’s break down this verse, so you can understand why I love it and to comprehend it better. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart.” If we trust in the Lord with all your hearts, we are one step closer in understanding that God, has a future for us and that we don’t need to worry. “And lean not on your own understanding;.” If we lean on our own understanding and not God’s, life will seem a little bit overwhelming and sometimes scary. As long as we keep understanding what God has in-store for us our pieces will start falling together. “In all your ways submit to him,.” Submit to him and him alone. “And he will make your paths straight.” Knowing that God already knows what his plan is for us is, honestly so amazing. It‘s mind blowing! This verse has help me in good and bad times. It helps me in good times because, it reminds me that God is in control not me. Then on the flip side, it helps me in bad time because, it points out that all I have to do is trust in him and submit in him, He’s got the rest covered. One day when I was feeling stressed about life, I sent Mrs. Beardsley (My fourth grade teacher) a text message. I said, “Mrs. Beardsley, do you have any tips about adulting and independence? Life is so overwhelming and sometimes a little bit scary. If you have any tips can you please share it with me, Mrs. Beardsley?” She replied back and said, “I hear ya sweet girl! Prayer. That’s my tip. He is always working for your good and the plan He has for your life.” I said, “I love that you always know what to say at the right time. Thanks for the tip! I will definitely give it a try. My life verse kinda wraps up what you said. It is proverbs 3:5-6 To refresh your mind Proverbs 3:5-6 says, “Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways submit to him, and he will make your paths straight.”.” Mrs. Beardsley replied back and said, “I LOVE THIS ONE TOO!!!” Lastly I replied and said, “😊 I’m glad we love the same bible verse!” On Sunday, March 28, 2021, I had a God moment about my Life Verse, with Mrs. Beardsley. So, on that day my Mom and I went to the first service at church since my Mom had something she had to do in early morning hours. The scripture read for that Sunday was; Psalms 139:23-24 NIV and Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV. So amazing!! I stayed for both services because I had plans with the young adult small group after church. It was so cool because, I got to hear the sermon twice. At 10:16 AM I got a text from Mrs. Beardsley, which was a follow up of a text message from yesterday. (Saturday, March 27, 2021) Then I replied back to her with a reply that basically said that, “Love ya bunches and bunches, Mrs. Beardsley!! 💕” She replied, “Love ya right back! Look what I was looking at as your text came in 😉 Isn’t this “our” favorite verse!!”

I replied, “Yep!! This is amazing, thanks for sharing this with me. 😊” She replied with a reply with, “😁” I then texted her back and said, “One last thing. For my church scripture passage for today was Psalms 139:23-24 NIV and Proverbs 3:5-6 NIV. This is a consider God moment I will treasure forever. Auto correct took over again. Last part I meant to say was, “This is consider a God moment I will treasure forever.” She loved my message. It’s so special; I’m so glad that God let this happen. It made my day for sure. I have sent a lot of my friends my Life Verse, when they are going through a hard time. They always appreciate it, which makes me light up with with a huge smile on my face. Since I have an iPhone I found out how to use an app called, Shortcuts. It helps you be able to navigate your phone a little easier by using Siri. So, all I have to say is; “Hey Siri, Life Verse.” It brings me straight to shortcuts with a text message pop up. All I have to do is insert the persons name who I want to send it to and hit send. I even made a Linktr.ee. It’s one link that allows you to have ten or more links. It’s really cool! I dedicated this to my Life Verse. The contents you will find in this link is; Pinterest Board, Amazon Wishlist, and so many other things. Here’s the link: https://linktr.ee/Proverbs3.5_6
Also, this verse has encouraged me to keep pressing on. Just like the song by “Building 429, called Press On” say; “Life goes on, life goes on~But Your love will prove~All I need, all I need~I will find in You~Life goes on, life goes on~But Your love will prove~All I need, all I need~I press on” Another, song that relates to my Life Verse is “Out Of My Hands, by Jeremy Camp.” Part of the chorus say; “I will let the weight of my fear fall like sand~Out of my hands and into Yours, out of my hands and into Yours” Here is the link to the story behind the song, “Out Of My Hands, by Jeremy Camp;” https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=3907002222663636&id=133837153313514 I really hope this Bible verse encourages you just like it does for me. 😊😁
P.S. You know you’re always welcome to share your thoughts or similar experiences on any of my posts and future ones too. It will makes my day to hear what God has planned for you.
