Blue Skies In! Gray Skies Out!

Hey Friends!

“Blue Skies In! Gray Skies Out!” This quote has helped me through all the highs and lows that life brings. I discovered this quote in the movie An American Girl: McKenna Shoots for the Stars. Coach Isabelle (McKenna’s gymnastics coach) taught McKenna and the other girls on the team a really cool breathing exercise. Which is “Blue Skies In! Gray Skies Out!” I absolutely love this quote so much. So, if I am feeling stressed about tests, overwhelmed about life, fearful, or just need some encouragement; I say this quote and follow the actions by breathing in all the blue skies; then I reminded myself that I’ve got this, with the power of prayer and God’s Presence. Last, I exhale out all the gray skies. And reminded myself one more time that, I’ve got this; with the power of God and the power of prayer!
